Product Replacement Eligibility

As a responsible company ,we want to ensure that the product is received by the customer in its original condition and is not incorrect, broken or faulty. If you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty, broken or damaged you are eligible for a free replacement.

Replacement Timeframe

You must request a replacement within 3 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unable to process any replacement requests.

Replacement Process and Options

Initiation To initiate a replacement, please share a video of the incorrect, faulty or damaged product to our customer support team within the eligible time frame over the email gulfdiscountdeals@gmail.com or on live chat button . In a lot of cases the issue is with the usage of the product and our team can guide you on how the issue you are facing can be fixed. If we determine that the product is indeed faulty. We will schedule a replacement for you within 14 working days. Please pack the product (Original Product Box and All Accessories) for the courier to pick it up and provide you the replacement. Please note that we do not offer a replacement for “change of mind”

Refund Policy

We don't have any refund policy.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to any address in the Saudi Arabia with in 3 to 7 Working Days from the date of your order

Product will be Shipped all over Saudi Arabia as per the shipping guidelines stated in product description. Normally it take 3 to 5 working days for delivery
